In the last few weeks the buzz in my network of family & friends has been about the second harvest.  I’ve been hearing things like…a shift is taking place, Kingdom advancement & outpouring of His Spirit.  Each time this discussion came up, Holy Spirit would stir within me and remind me of a study I did earlier this year regarding all the Jewish holidays – Particularly, the Second Harvest

While chatting on the phone with a friend, we were discussing 2nd Harvest.  After she shared some amazing truths about the season we are entering, I looked up in my journal and began reading some of my notes on the 2nd Harvest.  Decreeing the 2nd Harvest is where it’s at!!!  He provided seed to the sower. Our seeds decreed for this year and past years will shoot up.  We are reaping where we have not sown.

Isaiah 61: 11For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise To spring up before all the nations.
2 Cor 9: 10Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness.”
John 4:34-3834My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work,” Jesus told them. 35“Don’t you say,‘There are still four more months, then comes the harvest’? Listen to what I’m telling you: Open your eyes and look at the fields, for they are ready for harvest. 36The reaper is already receiving pay and gathering fruit for eternal life, so the sower and reaper can rejoice together. 37For in this case the saying is true: ‘One sows and another reaps.’ 38 I sent you to reap what you didn’t labor for; others have labored, and you have benefited from their labor.

Yahweh is more than a double blessing God!  He has withheld no good thing from us. He has given us His Son, so he could have many sons, his Holy Spirit to help us, comfort us, and teach us.  He gave us his Word – the book of promises, as a spiritual weapon, to overcome spiritual issues using the Word and so much more wealth and treasures found within the pages.

He owns it all and it was his good pleasure to give us All.  His Kingdom is as close as your hand and has been deposited on the inside of us who believe (believe means fully convinced).  Having the same Spirit that raised Yeshua from the dead lives inside of us.  His fully orbed work has been working on the inside of us.  We can choose to recognize, believe, activate and walk daily exercising the authority and power that he has given us.  This is immeasurable amounts of blessings!!!  Or we can choose to continue with our own agendas.  In case you need to be reminded, He is lovingly wooing us and always directing us patiently with His Love, saying “follow me”. I pray you know this side of Him, He is playful too!

WE must stop thinking small, stop holding the natural realm above the spiritual realm and allow the Power and Authority to erupt and ooze his Love, to a world full of broken, hurting & dying people, who God Loves so much.  He has given us the power to change the world around us, bringing him all the Glory.  Simply by being who HE called us to be- Love- fully equipping us.

Act 17: 28 “For in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, For we are also His offspring.”

Matt 9:37 “Then He said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.”

1 Cor 15:46 “The spiritual, however, was not first, but the natural, and then the spiritual.”

A Shift has been taking place all year- leading us into a season of AWE (Jewish New year celebration is actual called the days of AWE).

We are entering Second Harvest season. September & October begins when the Jewish culture celebrate New year (Rosh Hashanah), Leviticus 23:23-25The day of Atonement (Yom Kippur), Leviticus 23:26-32The Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot- Feast of booths, sometimes translated to Feast of Tabernacles or Feast of ingathering), Exodus 34:22, Leviticus 23: 42-43.  While researching each one of these celebrations took me through the scriptures and the traditions and some amazing true stories of the “days of old”.

I am so thankful Yeshua made all things new and we are living in an exciting time.  Yeshua himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only ours, but also those of the whole world (1 John 2:2).

Isaiah 11:1-4Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, and a branch from his roots will bear fruit. The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and strength, The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. And He will delight in the fear of the LORD, And He will not judge by what His eyes see, Nor make a decision by what His ears hear; But with righteousness He will judge the poor, and decide with fairness for the afflicted of the earth; And He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.”

Rev 5: 9-10 “And they sang a new song, saying ‘Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.’”

Cor 4: 7Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us.”

Ps 84:11For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly.”

Rom 8:11And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, then He who raised Christ from the dead will also bring your mortal bodies to life through His Spirit who lives in you.”

Hebrews 9:11-28

“But the Messiah has appeared, high priest of the good things that have come.  In the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands (that is, not of this creation), He entered the most holy place once for all, not by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood, having obtained eternal redemption.  For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a young cow, prinkling those who are defiled, sanctify for the purification of the flesh, how much more will the blood of the Messiah, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse our consciences from dead works to serve the living God?”

“Therefore, He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called might receive the the promise of the eternal inheritance, because a death has taken place for redemption from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.  Where a will exists, the death of the one who made it must be established.  For a will is valid only when people die, since it is never in force while the one who made it is living.  That is why even the first covenant was inaugurated with blood.  For when every command had been proclaimed by Moses to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and goats, along with water, scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled the scroll itself and all the people, saying, This is the blood of the covenant that God has commanded for you. In the same way, he sprinkled the tabernacle and all the articles of worship with blood.  According to the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.”

“Therefore it is necessary for the copies of the things in the heavens to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves to be purified with better sacrifices than these.  For the Messiah did not enter a sanctuary made with hands (only a model of the true one) but into heaven itself, so that He might now appear in the presence of God for us. He did not do this to offer Himself many times, as the high priest enters the sanctuary yearly with the blood of another.  Otherwise, He would have had to suffer many times since the foundation of the world.  But now He has appeared one time, at the end of the ages, for the removal of sin by the sacrifice of Himself.  And just as it is appointed for people to die once – and after this, judgment – so also the Messiah, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him.”
